Scripture: 1 Samuel 17:48 – “As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him.”
Devotional: Courage doesn’t wait for perfect conditions—it runs toward the threat. David didn’t shrink back in fear; he sprinted toward his enemy knowing that the Lord fought for him. When everyone else was paralyzed by fear, David responded with faith. The enemy may appear loud, tall, and intimidating—but he is no match for the power of God inside you. If God is for you, who can stand against you? The battles we face today are opportunities for heaven’s glory to shine through our obedience. The battlefield is not a place of defeat—it’s the birthing ground of breakthrough. Prayer: Lord, give me the boldness to run toward every battle knowing You go before me. Reflection Questions:
